We received an email from Tiffany, who indicated that she and her fiancé, Rick, wanted
to buy somewhere in Pickering, Ajax or Whitby. They had been pre-approved and their
wish list was that they preferred a detached home but would consider links or semi’s. If
it was a townhouse, it would have to be an end-unit. They wanted a family-friendly
neighbourhood and most importantly, wanted “an agent to guide them through this
experience”.


Janette was assigned to help them and she immediately went to work. After an initial
meeting, Janette set them up on our custom Homehunter Service and then showed
them homes they picked out from what had been sent to them.


When I checked in to see how the search was going with Jeanette, Tiffany was effusive

Although they had had seen a few properties and tried and lost out on a multiple offer,
Tiffany was confident they would find the right house with Janette’s help. And that’s
exactly what happened. They ended up purchasing an end-unit townhouse for less
than the the price range they gave us! The result - very happy clients, as you can see below.
